Wookey Hole Cheddar – 100g

From Ford Farm in Dorset, Wookey Hole cheddar is a traditional, tangy West Country Cheddar which is matured in the Wookey Hole caves where the temperature and humidity are ideal.  In 2011, this cheese was crowned supreme champion at the International Cheese awards at Nantwich.  Made with traditional rennet and pasteurised milk.
