A new offering from Michael Lee Fine Foods in Yorkshire, deliciously creamy, moist cheddar blended with edible charcoal (which adds a gritty texture). Very black and very delicious. Supplied as a 200g cylindrical truckle with a cardboard sleeve.

Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
