Cornish Kern – 100g

From Lynher dairy, the makers of Cornish Yarg, we have 16 month old Cornish Kern, winner of the World Cheese Awards in 2017.  The beautiful nutty, fruity flavour and a smooth texture, reminiscent of a fine Comte which is unsurprising as it is made with Alpine starters.  Kern is Cornish for “round” Made with pasteurised milk and traditional rennet.
