Crumbly Lancashire – 100g

Award-winning traditional Lancashire made by Peter and Grace Proctor at Greenfields dairy in Goosnargh, Lancashire.  The Proctors have been winning awards for their cheeses since the 1930s.This cheese has a lovely dry, citrus flavour and is matured for 4 – 6 weeks for a delicate taste.  We have selected this as our favourite of the various crumbly Lancashire cheeses on offer.

Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
