One of our favourite cheeses! Originally from Llanddewi Brefi in mid Wales, Gorwydd caerphilly is gorgeous and complex, mild yet tasty with a crumbly, citrusy inner and a creamy mushroomy rind.  Made with unpasteurised milk and animal rennet.
