Little Lincoln Imp – 250g

Wickedly strong creamy West Country cheddar cheese, named after the devilish Lincolnimps who adorn the entrance to the famous cathedral.  Matured in small wax truckles for maximum acidity/bite!  Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.  Please note this cheese comes in a slightly larger size than normal either as a whole mini cheese or half a 500g truckle.  If you order 2 pieces we will send a whole 500g truckle.
