Mrs Kirkham’s lancashire – 100g

Fast becoming a classic in its own right, Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire is everything a good cheese should be. Made with the product of 6 milkings on a small farm in Goosnargh, each cheese is covered in butter from the farm before bandaging which adds to the buttery, slightly floral taste and aroma.

Made with un-pasteurised milk and traditional rennet, mild and slightly crumbly.
