A complex blue from Caws Cenarth, Dyfed in the heart of Wales.  Golden coloured with salty, bitter blue initial taste and lingering smooth aftertaste, this award winning cheese was described by one set of judges as “lovely and unique” – our sentiments entirely!

Made with un-pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
